- Order & account details: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order history.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (see below). We do not store your full card numbers on our servers.
- Custom order details: any designs, measurements, files, text or images you send us for a custom print.
- Communications: messages you send via our contact form or email.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and similar analytics, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders and custom prints;
- To take payment and guard against fraud;
- To communicate with you about your order and respond to enquiries;
- To send marketing emails only if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- To improve our website, products and service;
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We only share what’s necessary to run our store, and we don’t sell your personal information. Third parties we use include:
- Payment processors — Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce Payments process your payment securely under their own privacy policies.
- Shipping & tracking — our couriers and shipment-tracking services, to deliver your order and provide tracking updates.
- Email marketing — MailPoet, to send newsletters you’ve opted into.
- Analytics & advertising — Google (Analytics / Site Kit / Listings & Ads) to understand site usage and run advertising.
- Security — Wordfence, to protect the site from malicious activity.
Some of these providers may store data overseas. By using our site you consent to this transfer, handled under their respective safeguards.

We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like checkout) may not work properly without them.
How we protect your information

How long we keep it
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally a minimum of 5 years for financial records under Australian law). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not legally required to keep it.
