What are your products made from?
We print in PLA, ABS and PETG, and choose the best material for each product. PLA gives a clean, attractive finish for everyday indoor items; PETG adds extra durability and moisture resistance; and ABS handles higher heat and tougher use. If you have a specific strength, temperature or outdoor requirement, just ask and we’ll recommend the right material for the job.
What colours can I choose from?
14 colours: Black, White, Grey, Silver, Gold, Red, Orange, Pink, Purple, Blue, Green, Transparent, Wood and Glow in the Dark. Select your colour on the product page before adding to cart.
Are your products really made in Australia?
Yes — everything is designed and 3D printed to order in our studio in Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne. Nothing is mass-imported.
Custom orders
Can you print a custom part or my own design?
Absolutely — custom work is one of our favourite things. Send us a measurement, a photo, or your own 3D file (e.g. STL) via our contact page and we’ll let you know what’s possible, the colours available and the price.
Do you do personalised items like cake toppers?
Yes. We make custom lettering and ornaments for birthdays, weddings and celebrations — just tell us the wording, the style and the colour.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long until my order ships?
We dispatch orders the next business day. Because each item is printed to order, your order is made fresh and sent out promptly — you’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently ship within Australia. If you’re overseas and would like one of our products, contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Care & returns
How do I look after a 3D printed product?
Keep PLA items out of hot cars and direct, prolonged sun, as high heat can soften the plastic over time. A wipe with a damp cloth is all the cleaning they need.
What’s your returns policy?
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. As an Australian business we comply with Australian Consumer Law. Custom and personalised items can’t usually be returned unless faulty — but if anything’s not right, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
