These terms govern your use of printapart.com.au/ and your purchases from Print A Part (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Print A Part is a small business based at 1 Karoola Court, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029, Australia. Contact: sales@printapart.com.au.
2. Products
Our products are 3D printed to order in Australia using PLA, ABS or PETG, in the colours and quantities shown on each product page. As 3D printing is a layer-based process, minor layer lines and slight variation between prints are normal and not considered defects. Product photos are representative; actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We aim to keep pricing and stock accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.
4. Custom orders
For custom and personalised items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (spelling, measurements, files and specifications). We print to those specifications, so please check them carefully. By submitting a design or file, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property. Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe, PayPal or WooCommerce Payments. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
6. Shipping
We offer free shipping across Australia with next business day dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including our designs, logo, text and images — is owned by Print A Part or used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent. Our product designs remain our intellectual property.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability for any product is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing the product or refunding its price. Our products are intended for ordinary domestic use as described; we are not liable for misuse, modification, or use outside their intended purpose.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
