Our story
Print A Part started in 2023 with a small team, a few printers, and a big belief: that the everyday things around your home should be well-designed, genuinely useful, and made with care. We’re a proudly small Melbourne business — and that’s exactly why we can put our customers first in a way the big retailers can’t. When you order from us, you’re dealing with the creative team who actually designs and prints your product, not a faceless warehouse.
Our team is endlessly curious and a little obsessed with solving problems. Someone mentions a part they can’t buy anywhere, a drawer that won’t stay tidy, or a gift that needs a personal touch — and we get to work designing something that does the job beautifully. How we work
Every order is 3D printed to order in our studio in Hoppers Crossing, in Melbourne’s west. Depending on what the product needs to do, we print in PLA, ABS or PETG — choosing the right material for strength, heat resistance or finish — and offer 14 colours, from classic Black and White to Wood, Transparent and Glow in the Dark. Printing to order means less waste and more choice: you get the colour and quantity you actually want, dispatched the next business day.
Custom & one-off jobs
Some of our favourite work starts with “I can’t find one anywhere…” If you need a custom bracket, a cake topper, a prototype or a replacement part that no longer exists, we’d love to help.
