Free shipping, Australia-wide

Every order ships free, anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise postage at checkout.

Next business day dispatch

We dispatch orders the next business day after your order is placed. Because each item is 3D printed to order, your product is made fresh and sent out promptly. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. As a general guide for Australian addresses:

  • Melbourne metro: [confirm: ~1–3 business days]
  • Other capital cities: [confirm: ~2–5 business days]
  • Regional & remote areas: [confirm: ~3–7 business days]

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during busy periods.

Order tracking

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door. You can also check the status any time on our Shipment Tracking page.

Custom & larger orders

Most custom and bulk orders still dispatch the next business day, but larger or more complex custom prints may need a little extra time. If so, we’ll let you know the timeframe when we confirm your order.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect a parcel once it’s been dispatched, and re-delivery of a parcel returned due to an incorrect address may incur a postage charge.
